1. Agreement Overview

By purchasing this life coaching package, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. This agreement is between the client ("you") and the coach or coaching company ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Scope of Services

We will provide life coaching sessions as outlined in your chosen package. Coaching sessions are designed to support your personal growth, goal setting, and problem-solving. However, coaching is not a substitute for professional therapy, counseling, or medical advice.

3. Payment Terms

Full payment must be made before the commencement of the first session unless otherwise agreed upon.

Payment plans, if available, must be adhered to as per the agreed schedule.

All payments are non-refundable, except in cases of cancellation as specified in Section 5.

4. Session Scheduling

Sessions must be scheduled in advance.

Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the session being forfeited.

5. Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, with as much notice as possible.

If you cancel a session with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to attend, the session may be forfeited.

In the case of package cancellations initiated by us, a prorated refund will be issued for any unused sessions.

In the case of package cancellations initiated by you, a prorated refund will be issued for any unused sessions minus 25% for the time the Life Coach has spent preparing your individual package. 

6. Confidentiality

All information shared during sessions will remain confidential, except as required by law or in cases where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

You agree not to share or reproduce any proprietary coaching materials without prior written consent.

7. Responsibilities

Our role is to guide and support you, but you are responsible for taking action on the goals and strategies discussed during sessions.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes as progress depends on your commitment and effort.

8. Limitations of Liability

We are not liable for any decisions or actions you take as a result of coaching.

Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved under the applicable laws of our jurisdiction.

9. Intellectual Property

Any materials provided during coaching remain the intellectual property of the coach or coaching company and may not be distributed without permission.

10. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, with notice provided in advance for ongoing coaching agreements.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By proceeding with any life coaching package we offer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
